Operations · Agro-Waste

Mechanised agro-waste collection.

We collect paddy straw, mustard stover and sugarcane trash directly from member fields — turning a disposal problem into a new revenue stream and ending stubble burning in our network.

Fleet of rakes, balers and loaders

Our mechanised fleet — rakes, balers, loaders and transport vehicles — moves crop residue off the field rapidly after harvest, freeing the land for the next sowing cycle without the need for burning.

Field-coordinated logistics

Trained field teams coordinate scheduling, baling specifications and loading windows directly with farmers. Bales are aggregated at staging yards and transported to our pellet plant or partner facilities.

Income, not ash

What used to be burned for lack of options now earns farmers a per-acre or per-tonne payment, while the residue feeds renewable energy supply chains. It's a clean win on three fronts: income, air quality and soil health.
